Workshop Administrator Role
McCosker is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Workshop Administrator.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the workshop, including processing timesheets, daily activity sheets, and work orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of administration experience
- Current Queensland driver's license
- Construction card (white card)
They will also have intermediate experience with MS Office and Adobe systems, and be able to input data and maintain accurate records within set timeframes. Knowledge of the civil construction industry is desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Process timesheets and daily activity sheets/work orders
• Establish, control, and maintain effective filing systems and records
• Provide general administration duties for the workshop team
• Other relevant duties as may be required from time to time
Requirements:
