
Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality service to clients via phone, supporting them in meeting their tax, superannuation and registration obligations.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent client experiences, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work in a scheduled contact centre environment, interacting with clients between 7am and 7pm, and spend time processing account activities received through various channels.
You will use your judgment to inform decision making, applying relevant policies and procedures. Your attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate outcomes, actions and agreements are recorded. The ability to be responsive and adaptable to changing client and business needs is also crucial.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in multiple locations across Australia. We embrace diversity and encourage applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service via phone, responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Process account activities, including managing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
