We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Parts Sales Manager to join our team at AB Volvo. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement national parts sales campaigns, set dealership parts targets, and provide input into pricing strategies.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Collaborate with Regional Parts Managers, build strong relationships with dealer management teams, and drive participation in Parts Manager meetings.
  3. Provide Sales Insights: Provide monthly activity reports, analyze dealer KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
  4. Coach and Train Dealer Networks: Coach and train dealer networks, collaborate with competence teams to enhance skills, and support continuous improvement.
  5. Drive Sales Growth: Drive parts sales growth, support inventory management, and oversee rebate programs.
  6. Build Loyalty: Build loyalty through relationship-building, assist in aftersales marketing campaigns, and support critical VOR situations.
  7. Review and Improve: Conduct quarterly reviews of dealer parts incentives and marketing materials.
  8. Travel and Collaboration: Maintain a high level of business travel to strengthen dealer relationships and support sales growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer service focus.
  • Proven experience in the automotive or transport industries.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management, parts, and marketing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • A proud ambassador for AB Volvo and able to work autonomously.
