MSS Security seeks an experienced Security Team Leader in the Geelong area to provide outstanding security and customer service at our client site.

This role is primarily responsible for maintaining a security presence while staying alert and focused, ensuring exceptional service to all customers, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

You will be part of a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will ensure effective on-site management of all security and safety aspects in accordance with MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).

They must maintain vigilance and monitor activities related to asset protection.

The ideal candidate will oversee CCTV footage and radio communications, providing exceptional customer service.

They will enforce rules and regulations, including directing individuals when necessary.

Additionally, they will complete incident reports and document occurrences as required.

What We're Looking For

We seek a candidate with proven experience in security roles within a high-surveillance environment.

Valid Victorian Security License, including a control room license, is essential.

The ideal candidate must be available to work on a rostered basis.

They should demonstrate experience leading a team of security officers to achieve quality outcomes.

Willingsness to undergo medical assessments and a national police check if necessary.
