**Job Description:**

The role of Child Protection Team Lead is to ensure effective service delivery and manage resources to support the safety, stability, and development of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of practitioners to deliver high-quality services to children and families
  • Lead the development and implementation of case plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with Senior Child Protection Practitioners to strengthen case practice and improve service delivery
