**Job Description:**
The role of Child Protection Team Lead is to ensure effective service delivery and manage resources to support the safety, stability, and development of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of practitioners to deliver high-quality services to children and families
- Lead the development and implementation of case plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with Senior Child Protection Practitioners to strengthen case practice and improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams
- Advanced knowledge of child protection policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
