Team Leader Child Protection Specialist
As a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager in child protection, you will be responsible for leading small teams of practitioners to deliver effective service delivery and ensure the safety, stability, and development of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Critical Assessment and Reflection: Conduct regular assessments of team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Engaging Others: Foster open communication with team members, promoting collaboration and mutual respect.
- Delivering Results & Leading and Inspiring: Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and achieve key objectives.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have formal delegation to endorse and review case plans, working collaboratively with Senior Child Protection Practitioners to strengthen case practice and promote achievement of objectives within specified timeframes.
