**ICT Asset Management Lead**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Asset Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering essential ICT hardware and software services to the Agency.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL, with a proven track record of implementing technical change management activities and designing, building, deploying and supporting hardware fleets.

Key responsibilities will include managing asset stocktake and audits, investigating complex technical problems assigned to the team, and creating documentation of ICT asset management processes that are consistent with industry best practice.

In addition, the successful candidate will engage with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and professional manner, working proactively and collaboratively to resolve problems and achieve business outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated experience through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Demonstrated experience with ICT Asset Management, Configuration Management and warehousing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in each of the following areas: freight forwarding, logistics, inventory administration, purchasing or supply chain administration.
  • Experience undertaking ICT asset functions in complex geographically diverse organisations.
