Operational Excellence Leader

This role requires a commercially-driven leader to partner with the CEO and drive operational excellence across our premium venue portfolio.

You will lead commercial operations, manage new venue openings, implement scalable systems, and optimise supplier relationships to maximise margins.

  • Drive P&L performance across our venue portfolio by setting and achieving financial targets.
  • Lead commercial operations teams to deliver profitable results through effective budgeting and cost management.
  • Manage new venue openings to ensure strong commercial performance and strategic alignment.
  • Implement scalable systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Optimise supplier relationships and procurement strategies to maximise margins.
  • Oversee service teams at a strategic level to ensure brand standards support commercial objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO on expansion plans, capex decisions, and commercial strategy to drive business growth.

Requirements

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience in senior operations roles in hospitality or multi-site consumer businesses.
  • Proven P&L management and financial accountability.
  • Track record of leading teams through growth and change.
  • Experience with new site openings or expansion projects.
