Risk and Governance Lead | Technology Risk and Standards

Join our Application Portfolio Management team in Technology Core and Personal Tech, providing global services and operations supporting all Macquarie Operating and Central Service Groups. You will play a key role in managing, monitoring, and governing Technology-related risks, including software development and asset management.

What role will you play?

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for standards related to managing assets and the software development lifecycle concerning Technology risks. You will partner with the Global Head of Engineering to establish best practices for managing the software development lifecycle and set strategies for proportionate risk management and governance.

You will define minimum requirements for risk management, oversee governance and compliance with technology policies and standards, and design automated metrics for data quality, exception handling, and risk management. Additionally, you will escalate non-compliance issues to the Technology leadership team and Board, review standards for cohesion and effectiveness, and collaborate with Risk Management on assurance strategies.
