Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their food and beverage needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling customer accounts and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu offerings, including food and beverage options, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
