Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Novotel Darwin CBD. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our 90-seat restaurant and central atrium gardens with bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and take orders from guests with a smile
  • Clean and refill buffet and coffee items to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee
  • Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment, including setting up and refilling conference areas
  • Work independently on shifts, taking initiative to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Barista training is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience in a hotel food and beverage environment is advantageous
  • A bright, bubbly personality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Curiosity and care are essential traits for this role
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays
