We are seeking a skilled allocator to join our team in North Ryde. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch, utilization, and timely delivery of our concrete trucks.

This position requires a strong problem solver who can think on their feet and possess excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work between 6am-6 pm Monday to Friday and a rotating Saturday from 6-2pm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders and ensure timely delivery of our products
  • Collaborate with production teams to maximize service efficiency
  • Maintain open communication with drivers regarding job requirements and daily schedules
  • Notify stakeholders of any deviations to schedule or late delivery
  • Ensure compliance with driver fatigue management, statutory requirements, and company health & safety protocols
