Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Scheduler to manage our Concrete dispatch operations.

This key role involves coordinating the timely delivery of Concrete trucks, planning driver schedules in line with customer orders, and ensuring drivers are kept up-to-date on job requirements and daily schedules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the efficient movement of Concrete trucks
  • Develop and implement optimized driver schedules
  • Maintain open communication with drivers and stakeholders
  • Manage deviations from schedule or late deliveries
  • Comply with statutory requirements and company health & safety policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in scheduling or dispatch preferred
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
