Concrete Batch Operator

Job details:

  • Batch concrete to specified mix designs using a computerised system.
  • Manage daily orders, scheduling, and dispatch of trucks to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and confirming delivery details over the phone.
  • Monitor raw material levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, stock, and deliveries.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with safety procedures and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Support the team with general yard and plant duties as needed.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in concrete batching (preferred).
  • Strong computer literacy and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • White Card.
  • Driver's license and reliable transport.
