About the Role
  • This position involves overseeing the concrete batching process, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that plant equipment is functioning optimally.
  • You will be responsible for taking orders, finalizing sales, and producing high-quality concrete products according to specific mix designs.
  • A key aspect of this role is effective communication with customers, scheduling rostering, and truck movements using software.
  • In addition, you will need to ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements and source raw materials as required.
Key Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with proficiency in Command/Jonel batching systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with plant operations, particularly FEL experience, is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
