About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the client lifecycle
- Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
- Enhance client lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy in key markets
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
- Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in key markets, as well as the company's vision to launch into new markets
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Retention marketing knowledge
- Possess passion, flair, and the ability to work with colleagues across departments
- Fluency in French is a must
- Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Desirable Qualifications:
Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools is desirable, as well as gambling and sports knowledge
