Enhance client satisfaction and deliver exceptional support as a Client Experience Associate in this pivotal role.
This position involves being the primary point of contact for valued clients, handling a wide range of interactions including inbound and outbound phone calls, and written communication related to our diverse range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate clients on available products and services efficiently and articulate complex issues effectively.
- Respond to incoming omnichannel communication promptly.
- Complete administrative processing to support service delivery.
- Identify client issues and provide relevant solutions, sometimes escalating matters.
- Maintain high standards of service levels while adhering to KPI and SLA frameworks.
- Collaborate with different business units to achieve desired outcomes for clients.
To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years' experience, strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and adaptability to change. You should also possess a natural curiosity, an optimistic attitude, and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a fast-paced Client Service Centre or a high-service-level environment is preferred. A warm and friendly image and consistently positive demeanor when dealing with clients are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including telephone etiquette, are required.
