As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary objective will be to assist clients with stopping and reissuing reported lost or stolen cards. You will handle inbound calls, providing world-class service with accuracy, efficiency, and respect.

Your role involves assisting clients in arranging payments, supporting their inquiries, and educating them on their rights. You will provide accurate and timely responses, identify and escalate priority issues, and document all client interactions according to standard procedures.

Clients are seeking individuals who can quickly build rapport, effectively address customer needs, and provide accurate information. A key aspect of this role involves proactively identifying and escalating priority issues. About the Role

This position is a hybrid arrangement after Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. The work schedule includes four days per week, with multiple full-time positions available. The position operates Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm.

Main Activities

  • Inbound calls to assist clients with reported lost or stolen cards.
  • Escalating and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Providing general inquiries and support to clients.
  • Documenting all client interactions according to standard operating procedures.
