About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Pacific National. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and support, enabling them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters, providing recommendations to the business.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant industrial agreements and legislation.
  • Provide day-to-day HR generalist advice and support to line managers, including employment-related matters.
  • Contribute to business success through the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Partner with leaders to support employee lifecycle events, including performance management, career development planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations. You will have a proven track record of partnering with operations in a blue-collar environment and be able to demonstrate behaviors aligned with best practice and our values.

You will be a confident problem solver and collaborative team player with strong communication skills, able to implement positive change. You will also have a proactive and structured approach, with a willingness to get involved and contribute to the business.
