Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and support, enabling them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to the business on complex industrial relations matters.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industrial agreements and legislation.
  • Provide day-to-day HR Generalist advice and support to line managers and employees.
  • Contribute to business success through the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement employee lifecycle events, including performance management and career development planning.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations. You will have a proven track record of partnering with operations in a blue-collar environment and have demonstrated behaviors aligned with best practice and our values.

You will be a confident problem solver and collaborative team player with strong communication skills. You will have a proactive and structured approach and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
