The ideal candidate will possess strong generalist experience, be confident in advising senior leaders, skilled in navigating complex employee matters, and committed to building leadership capability across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver blended workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations to meet evolving business needs.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Develop Leadership Capability: Coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Use workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change.
- Support Projects and Change: Contribute to the implementation of national People & Culture initiatives, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
- A sound understanding of employee relations and experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.
