Are you passionate about People and Culture? Do you have experience in leading and delivering high-quality HR services in a complex and dynamic environment?
**Your new role**
We are looking for a People and Culture Manager to join this department to provide strategic and operational leadership in all aspects of People and Culture management.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing people and culture strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our organisational values, goals, and priorities
- Providing expert advice and guidance to senior managers and staff on a range of HR matters, such as performance management, employee relations, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and health and safety
- Leading and managing a small team of HR professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to our staff and stakeholders
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in HR practices and processes
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external partners, such as unions, government agencies, and service providers
