About Us: We provide a safe and nurturing environment for children outside of regular school hours in Caboolture.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to support the coordination and management of our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program.

The OSHC Service Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality care, and excellence of our program. They will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities and experiences for children, supervising and interacting with them, and providing leadership and guidance to OSHC Educators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Supervise and interact with children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times
- Provide coaching and mentoring to OSHC Educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assist in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure compliance and excellence in all areas of the service
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
- Contribute to program development, including curriculum planning and assessment
- Maintain a safe and clean OSHC environment
- Act as the Responsible Person of the Service during Service Operation

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-year qualification in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field
- Valid Blue Card (Working With Children Check)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous OSHC experience, with leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dedication to creating a safe and inclusive environment for children
