Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Implementation: Develop and promote swim programs that align with industry standards.
  • Team Support: Foster a positive work environment by supporting and guiding colleagues.
  • Business Objectives: Contribute to the success of business plans and events calendars.
  • Incident Response: Assist in investigations and resolution of incidents as required.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet key performance indicators, including financial performance, program participation, and customer retention.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular monitoring and improvement initiatives.
  • Operational Management: Effectively manage budgets and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a swim school environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team.
  • Alignment with values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability.
  • Confidence in delivering swim classes when required.
