Job Overview:

The Netball Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality netball programs and experiences for students and community members.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to lead and manage netball training and development programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, players, and coaches through regular communication and liaison.
  • Coordinate netball competitions and events, ensuring exceptional participant experiences.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives to promote the netball club and increase participation.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant knowledge of netball and netball association procedures.
  • Current Senior First Aid/CPR certificate.
  • Relevant formal netball qualifications (preferred).
  • Proven competence in using computer software packages and technology.
  • Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
