Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Fitness Program Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Fitness Program Developer, you will design and deliver group fitness programs for clients of all ages. You will contribute towards improving our programs, attracting and retaining new participants, and assist with the development of junior staff. You will commit to providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop group fitness programs for clients of all ages
  • Contribute towards improving our programs

  • Provide high-level customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice
  • Holds industry accreditation, preferably with AUDactive
  • Instructional experience in the relevant area of practice
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate
