As a Technical Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering quality solutions to the business by working closely with technical teams and stakeholders. You will need to understand technical concepts and have excellent communication skills to elicit and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Elicit and analyze requirements from stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain the highest level of requirements quality and use data and processes during analysis to clarify and validate requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and monitor user experience to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to determine the most appropriate technical solution and provide analysis on trade-offs between usability, functionality, and performance needs.
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile Business Analyst role or similar.
- Good technical knowledge to understand the right tools and techniques for BA activities, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Good understanding of Agile Scrum & Kanban.
- Ability to understand technological concepts and weave them with business requirements to generate user stories in techno-functional detail.
- Competitive salary of AUD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum.
