We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team at TPG Telecom. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports and Spend Analysis: Generate and analyze procurement reports, identifying risks, cost-saving opportunities, and trends. Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to support the Procurement Team's decision-making.
  • Create and Maintain Procurement Dashboards: Develop and update visual dashboards to provide real-time insights into procurement performance.
  • Supplier Management: Assist in vendor on/off-boarding, contract creation, due diligence, and ongoing maintenance of vendor master data.
  • Procurement Inbox Triage: Manage and prioritize incoming communications and inquiries related to procurement.
  • Day-to-Day Strategy, Policy, and Process Initiatives: Support ongoing procurement initiatives and assist in policy and process development.
  • Managing Audit Issues: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address procurement-related audit matters.
  • Vendor Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure vendor compliance with contracts and the third-party risk management framework and engage in risk mitigation activities.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Degree qualified or equivalent, and Telecommunications experience is desirable.
  • Proven experience in procurement analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of commercial contract terms and structures will be well regarded.
