Lead a Preschool Team

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to fill this key leadership position.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of educators in a Preschool setting, guiding them in providing high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF), ensuring a nurturing and engaging environment for all children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Mentor and support educators to achieve their full potential, promoting growth and development within the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent understanding of EYLF and NQF, with the ability to implement these frameworks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and staff.
  • Great mentoring and leadership skills, with experience in developing and supporting teams.
  • Passion for providing high-quality childcare and education, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Right to Work in Australia without restriction.
  • Ideal experience: 3 years in a Preschool room setting as a Room Leader, Assistant Room Leader, or Equivalent.
