The role Reporting directly to the Principal, you will serve as both the Responsible Person in Charge and the Academic Leader.
As part of the Colleges K12 Executive team, your leadership will: Foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvementDrive curriculum design and pedagogical excellenceMentor and inspire educators and early childhood teachersEnsure compliance, child safety, and A&R readinessStrengthen transitions and school-family partnerships About you: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and NESA Registration (essential)At least five years experience in leadership, ideally within a school-attached early learning centreIn-depth knowledge of EYLF V2.0, NQF/NQS, and child safety regulationsStrong experience with Assessment & Rating and Quality Improvement PlanningExceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsA leadership style that balances warmth, accountability, and vision Apply today
