We are seeking a qualified educator to join our preschool team, providing high-quality care and education that fosters the development of children aged 3-5 years.

About the Role

This position offers a casual/part-time/full-time opportunity in our Preschool Room with the possibility of advancing to a leadership role. We value flexible availability and offer a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging learning programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our children.
  • Implement a kind, patient, and inclusive approach to support children's growth, well-being, and positive behavior.
  • E nsure safe practices during sleep, rest, and meal times, while maintaining strong relationships with families and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture that values teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children aged 3-5 years.
  • Safe Sleep Certificate, Food Handling Certificate, Child Protection, OCG modules completed or willingness to complete, Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid/CPR, Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
