Our childcare centre provides a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 0 to 5 years. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design and implement a high-quality educational program, build strong relationships with families, children, and staff, and maintain a positive working relationship with team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing daily routines that foster a nurturing and interactive learning environment
  • Planning and assessing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of preschool children
  • Maintaining a secure, friendly, and stimulating environment that encourages children's learning and development
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team to support their growth and development
  • Ensuring a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Thinking outside the box and bringing new ideas to the table
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check
  • Friendly and energetic personality
