The RoleWe're seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Aquatic Centre team. This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day administration of our swimming programs, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience within the Centre. The successful candidate will be warm and engaging, with a positive approach to the efficient running of our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Customer Service Co-ordinator in general swimming and facility enquiries
- Process bookings and payments for customers using dedicated software
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Work independently as shift leader on certain days and times
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
- Engaging and active team player
- Experience working autonomously
- Current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 AUD per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include training and professional development support, access to our Aquatic and Fitness Centre, daily morning tea, discounted school fees, and a dedicated Staff Wellbeing team.
