The Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Aquatic Centre team. This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day administration of our swimming programs, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience within the Centre. The successful candidate will be warm and engaging, with a positive approach to the efficient running of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Service Co-ordinator in general swimming and facility enquiries
  • Process bookings and payments for customers using dedicated software
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Work independently as shift leader on certain days and times
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service and administration skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
  • Engaging and active team player
  • Experience working autonomously
  • Current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 AUD per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include training and professional development support, access to our Aquatic and Fitness Centre, daily morning tea, discounted school fees, and a dedicated Staff Wellbeing team.
