Job Description

We're seeking a strategic marketer to create and deliver a consistent customer-centric engagement strategy across our portfolio.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer engagement asset-level strategy. This includes curating and managing meaningful building communities, developing brand-aligned campaigns and digital content, and owning and managing marketing budgets and reporting metrics.

You will also be responsible for creating leasing experiences that engage and convert tenants, as well as maintaining strong collaboration with internal leasing teams and creative agencies.

Additionally, you will manage and grow the asset's presence across property portals, social media, and customer engagement apps.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Proven marketing experience in retail or property marketing
  • Strong understanding of property fundamentals
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and design tools
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
