Job Overview

We are seeking a marketing expert to lead our customer engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive tenant attraction and retention across our portfolio.

  • Create and implement a customer-centric strategy that encompasses attracting tenants, seamless onboarding, continuous connection, and positive offboarding
  • Cultivate meaningful building communities to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive retention
  • Develop and implement brand-aligned campaigns, collateral, and digital content using design tools and marketing platforms
  • Manage marketing initiatives and report metrics
  • Design leasing experiences that engage and convert tenants
  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams, creative agencies, and digital platforms
  • Manage and grow the asset's presence across property portals, social media, and customer engagement apps
  • Lead the attraction, onboarding, support, and offboarding process for tenants to ensure a smooth and memorable journey
  • Build deep relationships with tenants – from executives to on-site teams
  • Curate and deliver tailored events, activations, partnerships, and wellness programs to strengthen tenant communities
  • Develop and manage the tenant engagement strategy in collaboration with concierge and service partners
  • Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve tenant satisfaction and community engagement
  • Deliver targeted communications based on audience segments (CEOs, leasing agents, tenant teams)

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business
  • Proven marketing experience, specifically in retail or property marketing
  • Strong understanding of property fundamentals
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and design tools
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • A high customer service mindset with a creative, energetic, and collaborative approach
  • Experience designing and organising competitions and surveys
  • An understanding of tenant and stakeholder drivers and needs
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
