Responsibilities- Define and own the QA vision, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth aligns with the platform's ambitions.
- Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering, influencing how software is delivered.
- Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript).
- Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems.
- Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength.
- Excellent communication skills — able to engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers.
- A mindset that sees obstacles as opportunities to raise the bar.
