Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our quality function. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for setting the standard for quality across our platform.

About the Role

In this fast-paced SaaS environment, you'll have the mandate to shape the future of our product. You'll lead a talented team of three, embedding quality from strategy through to release. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you work alongside passionate engineers and product leaders who value quality above all else.

Your Responsibilities

You'll define and own the QA vision, driving excellence in frameworks, automation, and performance testing. Additionally, you'll:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth matches the ambition of the platform.
  • Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering, influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered.
  • Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems.
  • Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength.
  • Brilliant communication skills – you can engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers effortlessly.
  • A mindset that sees obstacles as opportunities to raise the bar.
