Key Responsibilities- Define and own the QA vision, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing.

- Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering — influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered.
- Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks.
- Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems.
- Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength.
- Brilliant communication skills — able to engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers effortlessly.
