Job Title: Building Auditor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Auditor to join our team. As a Building Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting site visits to collect data on the condition of various buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and record data on building systems, fixtures, and fabrics
  • Provide accurate data capture and upload to minimize risk of data loss
  • Craft detailed reports for assessments as required
  • Engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality
  • Taking room measurements and sketching basic floor plans
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Australian driver's license
  • Current registration to work with vulnerable people or ability to obtain one
  • Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Proficient use of smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras
  • Professional demeanor and capability to work autonomously or as part of a team
