Job Title: Building Auditor
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Auditor to join our team. As a Building Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting site visits to collect data on the condition of various buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and record data on building systems, fixtures, and fabrics
- Provide accurate data capture and upload to minimize risk of data loss
- Craft detailed reports for assessments as required
- Engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality
- Taking room measurements and sketching basic floor plans
- Demonstrated experience in inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Australian driver's license
- Current registration to work with vulnerable people or ability to obtain one
- Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficient use of smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras
- Professional demeanor and capability to work autonomously or as part of a team
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain valuable experience, and develop their skills in data capture and reporting.
