Job Description:

The key focus of this position is to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.

This includes conducting on-site visits to determine the scope and complexity of relocation projects through inventory analysis, customer service visits, loss and damage assessments, and storehouse and supplier inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with providers to establish mechanisms for review and promote innovative solutions to deliver contract requirements.
  • Have a working knowledge of contractual documentation relating to RS Providers, including SOR and Minimum Standards.
  • Understand the culture of key clients and ensure swift response and resolution of any service delivery issues.
  • Promote and encourage a safe working environment by conducting safety conversations and gaining customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with case managers and leadership teams regarding day-to-day service issues.
  • Have a working knowledge of contractual documentation relating to RS Providers, including SOR and Minimum Standards.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information and work autonomously.
  • Spatial estimation skills combined with a good understanding of industry loading, packing, and handling practices.
  • Customer service experience displaying empathy, patience, and listening skills.
  • Knowledge of the transitions industry and terms such as notices, loads, volumes, etc.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport with personnel at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships and influence.
