Senior Human Resources Advisor

As a Strategic HR Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development by providing expert human resources advice to senior leaders.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior executives to design and implement effective organisational structures that foster clarity, capability, and future-oriented growth.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace matters, ensuring prompt and fair resolutions.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to leaders to enhance their people management skills and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- A minimum of 2 years' hands-on operational HR experience, with a strong focus on employment law compliance.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and remuneration strategies.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities effectively, maintaining a calm and composed approach.
- Experience working within multi-site retail or services businesses.
