Job Title: Chief Youth Health Services Manager

This role is based at headspace Esperance Centre, where you will lead the development and implementation of service delivery for young people and their families. As Chief Youth Health Services Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee service delivery for young people and their families in accordance with the headspace grant agreement.
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance HOPE's vision and strategic plan.
  • Promote a supportive team environment by fostering open communication and collaboration among staff members.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, experience in managing operational systems, and excellent interpersonal abilities. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is necessary, as well as a proven track record of building effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Strong commitment to working in culturally secure and competent ways.
  • Degree-level qualifications in allied health, behavioral/social sciences, youth work, mental health nursing, or a related discipline.
  • Substantial experience in managing all aspects of staff performance, including recruitment, supervision, and performance reviews.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Package:

This role offers an attractive salary package, including a base salary of $58.23 per hour, plus superannuation and a regional allowance of $1.01 per hour. Additional benefits include salary packaging options and opportunities for professional growth and development.
