Job Summary

The Chief Technology Officer - Health Services will serve as the deputy to the Head of Business Technology, supporting the management, coordination, and execution of complex technology initiatives in alignment with Mercy Health's digital and business strategies.

This is a hands-on role that requires direct involvement in project oversight and delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of interconnected technology projects, supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary project resources, assisting with strategic planning, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of digital solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of interconnected technology projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary project resources to optimize team performance.
  • Assist in strategic planning to align technology initiatives with Mercy Health's digital and business strategies.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Benefits
