Community Development Specialist Job Description

Job Overview:

Federation Council seeks a highly motivated Community Development Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with community groups, statutory authorities and stakeholders to secure funding for community projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research community projects eligible for grants
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships to support grant applications
  • Research and write compelling grant applications to secure funding for community projects

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, be able to work effectively in a team-based environment and provide effective customer service.
