As a Swimming Pool Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our swimming facilities operate smoothly. You will oversee the maintenance of pool plant, equipment and facilities, and lead staff in safe operational practices.
Responsibilities:- Performing administration duties such as cash handling, banking and general administration.
- Providing leadership, support and training to foster team growth and skills development.
- Managing daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assisting at the Front Desk and Kiosk with customer service, stock management, entry procedures and health protocols.
In addition, as a lifeguard, you will be ready to respond to emergencies with your rescue and first aid skills, ensuring swimmer safety.
