Water Facilities Staff

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team at aquatic facilities across the Bega Valley Shire region. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, pool operations, maintenance, program instruction, and pool supervision.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in community pools and aquatic centers, including customer service, lifeguarding, swimming instruction, and gym management.

We offer seasonal casual positions with flexible hours, providing a total hourly remuneration package from $40.05 – $48.92 gross per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at aquatic facilities
  • Contribute to effective pool operations and maintenance
  • Develop and deliver engaging programs for customers
About You:

We are looking for individuals who possess relevant experience in community pool management, customer service, and aquatics. If you hold qualifications in lifeguarding, swimming coaching, or gym management, we encourage you to apply.
