Establish a long-term partnership with a top-tier firm, known for its financial strength and successful corporate lawyers. This role is an opportunity to collaborate with experienced Corporate Partners nationally, oversee and mentor a team, and advise clients on matters including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions (regulated & off-market)
  • Equity capital markets and backdoor listings
  • Corporate advisory and joint ventures
  • ASX listing rules and Corporations Act compliance

This nationwide practice has an excellent reputation and a strong client portfolio. The firm seeks an experienced Corporate Partner with 10–25 years' post-admission experience, preferably in Brisbane, to join their established corporate practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partners nationally
  • Oversee and mentor a team of lawyers
  • Advise clients on corporate matters
Requirements:
  • 10–25 years post-admission experience, ideally in Brisbane
  • Strong client relationship skills and proven business development success
  • Ability to supervise fees of $800K+ or $1.6M+
