Expert Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to lead high-end transactional matters in our Brisbane office.


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructures, and capital raising—often across jurisdictions and involving listed entities. They will also shape the firm's strategic direction, mentor junior staff, and have the freedom to build their own team as the firm expands nationally.


This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth and develop a strong practice in Corporate Law.


Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years PAE in Corporate/M&A (private practice)
  • Capital Markets experience strongly preferred
  • Track record managing complex transactions
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Business development and client relationship skills
