We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join our established corporate practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer with a strong track record of success in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partners nationally to advise clients on complex transactions
  • Oversight and mentorship of a team
  • Advising clients on matters including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10-25 years post-admission experience, ideally in Brisbane with a major national or mid-tier practice
  • Strong client relationship skills and proven business development success
  • Ability to supervise fees of $800 K+ (salaried partner) or $1.6 M+ (equity)
