Key Account Manager Role
Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to oversee key national corporate accounts, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and expand the existing client base.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with national corporate clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and other commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to identify business opportunities and develop joint solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a key account manager or equivalent role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions, with a customer-centric approach.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as CMA or CPIM.
- Experience working in a similar industry or sector.
